  1. Market Research & Analysis:

  2. Lead Generation & Client Acquisition:
    • Identify and engage with potential clients, investors, and partners.
    • Develop a pipeline of prospective business opportunities and follow through to closure.
  3. Partnership Development:
    • Build and nurture relationships with stakeholders, including government agencies, financial institutions, and community organizations.
    • Negotiate and finalize agreements that align with company objectives.
  4. Strategic Planning:
    • Collaborate with senior management to formulate business growth strategies.
    • Prepare feasibility studies, business plans, and financial models for proposed projects.
  5. Sales & Marketing Coordination:
    • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align business development initiatives with overall sales goals.
    • Represent Fulgar Development Corporation at networking events, trade shows, and industry forums.
  6. Reporting & Documentation:
    • Maintain detailed records of business development activities.
    • Provide regular updates to management on progress, challenges, and market opportunities.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • 2–4 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role in the real estate or related industries.
    • Proven track record of successful deal-making and partnership building.
  • Skills:
    • Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
    • Knowledge of real estate market trends and regulations is a plus.
