Eco-Park in Rizal

Rizal

Eco-Park

The redevelopment of the 72-hectare park is centered on creating a harmonious blend of agriculture, wellness, and leisure, while honoring its rich local heritage. The project is divided into three distinct zones: (1) hospitality, (2) the “playground,” and (3) common areas. Despite the diversity of the facilities and establishments, the project maintains a singular concept—tropical architecture surrounded by expansive lush landscapes and aquatic elements.

The park will emphasize eco-tourism through the incorporation of facilities highlighting elements reflective of traditional rural industries, such as museums, plantations, and gardens. This unique combination not only supports sustainability and environmental stewardship but also aims to foster community engagement and economic growth. By integrating these elements, this project is set to establish a distinctive identity that balances the planet, people, and profit.
